Fast forward to this week, we had an unexpected snag with our patio which is being redone that required us to move the setup of well pump. If this work couldn’t be completed it would have delayed the rest of the projects activities. The team over at Paul’s Water Works made what was hectic and panicking situation smooth and easy. Not only was the work done correctly, the entire process from calling the office, to receiving a call back and scheduling on short notice was exceptional. Mike Nelson2024-03-20I recently had Paul's Water Works out to my place here in Rhode Island, for a couple of big jobs - they installed a new water filtration system and replaced the pump in our well. Throughout the whole process, they made things super easy and explained all the steps in a way that really made sense. They showed up right on time and were incredibly respectful and careful while working around our home. I was seriously impressed. Right after they finished, I could tell the water was different – it tastes so much cleaner, and the pressure’s been consistent thanks to the new pump. What really stood out to me was how the team didn’t just disappear after the work was done. They checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy with the work. Jim Cullen2023-08-12Life savers! Woke up to water in the basement on a Saturday. Turns out a pipe coming from the well system rotted. Called about 10 different plumbers/well system companies and no one could make it out to me today, except for Paul's Water Works. They were at the house quick and it might have taken 30 minutes to fix. He was very nice and very professional. They are my new well system company, would use them again in the future.Load more
